We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bricksinabag.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our digital products including our instructions and digital instruction packs, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the download link has been sent. This policy ensures the integrity of our products and protects against misuse. If you encounter any issues with the digital product, such as missing or incorrect files, please contact us and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.

Damages and Missing Parts

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at support@bricksinabag.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

If you’re missing any parts, let us know, and we’ll send the missing pieces out as soon as possible.

As each set is assembled by hand, this can occasionally happen, but there’s no time limit for requesting replacement parts

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
