Digital instructions
After payment is confirmed, stadium instruction purchases are accessed through the purchased build’s instruction page. Sign in with the verified account associated with your purchase; access is limited to the instructions you own. The page includes interactive instructions, a downloadable instruction PDF and, where provided, a brick list and support video. Order communications provide access information. Personalised Mosaic Maker orders retain their separately described fulfilment process.
Download and keep a copy of your instruction PDF and any supplied brick list for offline use. If you cannot access a purchased guide, contact support@bricksinabag.com with your order reference. Any specific limit on hosted access will be stated before purchase.
Full stadium kits include a QR link to their kit-specific interactive instruction page and downloadable instructions. These pages do not require a customer login and do not include a separate brick list or brick-ordering video.
Physical orders
Brick requirements are checked and sourced where needed before packing and shipping. Estimated fulfilment is up to 21 working days unless the product listing states otherwise. We aim to ship earlier where possible.
Bespoke builds
Personalised designs can require additional preparation and sourcing time.
Delivery charges and tracking
Delivery charges are confirmed at Wix checkout. Tracking and delivery updates are provided by the courier where available.
